JACOMEX
1945 : creation of the company JAHAN, specialised in the manufacture of devices for scientific research .

1970 : JAHAN buys back JARAM
  • JAHAN manufactures containment boxes in plastic for environment and staff protection.
  • JARAM develops purification systems metallic boxes and vacuum boxes.
1981 : merging of JAHAN et JARAM under the name JACOMEX. The head office is located in the Parisian area.

MANCHON
1948 : creation from Pierre MANCHON in Villeurbanne (Lyon) of MANCHON, an industrial hollow-ware factory and exclusive supplier of JACOMEX for the manufacture of its boxes, its security valves and stainless steel accessories.

1965 : MANCHON moves to Vaulx en Velin (Lyon).

1978 : Buy out from Maurice MANCHON.

1990 : MANCHON moves to Dagneux , at 30 kms from Lyon.

1992 : Buy out from Jean-Pierre MANCHON, actual president.


1998 : Buy back of JACOMEX from the company MANCHON, ISO 9002 certified. The head office is located in the area of Lyon.

2002 : JACOMEX is certified ISO 9002.

2003 : The two companies are certified ISO 9001.

2005 :Merging of the companies MANCHON et JACOMEX under the name of JACOMEX.
