This week, an assembly day was held at the workshop, dedicated to the latest newcomers. An essential step on the assembly line whatever the function occupied in the company. A regular event as an experience for a better understanding and rationalization in the design of glove boxes, a step in the awareness that tightness and assembly require rigor and ongoing meticulousness.
Touching, seeing, assembling is always instructive. This allows to better capture subtleties specific to each field of use. This simply convince us of the quality and care given to our gloveboxes and to be able to talk about it honnestly with customers.
This day finally creates a link between departments, between colleagues and sure, it’s good for the team spirit.
