At Jacomex, we take Corporate Social Responsibility issues to heart, in particular by integrating sustainable practices into the various aspects of our activities.
For example, our goal by 2024 was to replace all the lighting present on our premises with low-energy LEDs. This has already been achieved since early autumn this year.
More brightness for less energy consumption.
What’s more, our production waste is sorted, then, for recyclables, sent to sorting subsidiaries, and for non-recyclables, to a cement works.
As for our suppliers, 80% of them are based in France or Europe, in order to reduce our CO2 emissions as much as possible.
Of course, Jacomex is currently studying other projects that will see the light of day in the coming months and years, always with a view to achieving the same objective of sustainability in our acitivities.
